Dashboard
The Dashboard is tailored for drivers with Level 1 access. Drivers will see a complete list of their PCNs (Penalty Charge Notices) and NIPs (Notices of Intended Prosecution), including:
PCNs: Reference number, location, status, and charge details.
NIPs: Offense date, vehicle registration, and the nature of the offense.
For users with higher access levels (Management), this dashboard can be customized as per the customer's needs. This ensures that drivers and managers have the exact information they require.
PCN System
Our PCN (Penalty Charge Notice) system simplifies managing tickets. Key features include:
Add PCN: Enter all necessary details such as driver name, reference number, date, location, and vehicle registration. Attach the scanned PDF ticket, and the system will automatically email the driver and CC a manager. Duplicate tickets are prevented to avoid multiple charges.
Unpaid Tickets: All unpaid tickets are shown in this section. Once paid, they are moved to the Paid section.
Edit PCN: You can update the status and charge of a ticket, but you cannot modify critical details.
Authorized Parking: If a driver is authorized to park in contravention areas, their tickets are flagged and marked with a £0 charge. You can log authorization details, including driver, vehicle, date, and reason.
Inform Drivers & Finance: Drivers are automatically notified when a ticket is added. If no email is on file, you can manually trigger an email from the system. For finance, the system allows you to track tickets over 10 days old and send them directly to finance with a single click.
Search: Search tickets by employee number or PCN reference to view ticket status, details, and attached documents.
NIP System
The NIP (Notice of Intended Prosecution) system helps you manage police notices efficiently. Key features include:
Add NIP: Log NIP details like offense date, driver name, vehicle registration, NIP reference, and the method of reply (post or online). The person submitting the form is recorded for accountability.
Search NIP: Search by employee number to see all NIPs associated with a specific driver, complete with offense details and tracking of responses.
Driver Management
Manage your fleet's drivers efficiently with a color-coded system for tracking compliance:
Green: Drivers who were checked in the last 6 months.
Red: Drivers missing required details.
White: Drivers with complete information but not yet verified or there is a issue.
You can add new drivers, update their profiles with driving license information, and track risks such as penalty points and NIPs.
Fleet Management
